These have been an awesome addition to my wellness stack! I have been playing with dosing depending on my set and setting—taking a certain amount instead of indulging in alcoholic beverages, a slightly larger dose to enhance a concert experience and a larger dose to reflect inward and go further in my healing journey. I can feel it kick in and I experience a wonderful physical and mental euphoria. I have tried mushrooms only one other time prior, and these were homemade. These caps are top quality and I haven’t experienced any ill side effects (nausea or GI upset). I’ve noticed added benefits on the off days, like mood improvement, task initiation (motivation) and execution, and word memory recall (I’ve been having problems finding my words lately). They’ve been great and I will continue to purchase and experiment to tailor my health & wellness spiritual journey!

I’ve taken these for the past couple of years after trying a couple of different capsules and blends from this company. So far, these are my favorite. They’ve helped my mental health and physical ailments so much. I have five autoimmune diseases that have caused me pain, fatigue, brain fog, anxiety and depression- along with having adhd. Adding these to my holistic regimen has helped tremendously.
The connection to spirit that comes along with taking these is profound and deep as well.
They help me to focus, increases my energy levels, brings so much clarity, introspection and stabilizes my moods in a way that nothing else does.
The products are always consistent and the company as a whole has been nothing short of wonderful since day one.
So grateful for them.

Perfect dosage for everyday. Gets me motivated for my day and the ginger helps with the nausea I typically get from the actual dried mushroom, which I take with these. Definitely worth a try for anyone looking for themselves.
